contoh kasus untuk 100gr, modal 4jt harga emas dari 405rb/gr menjadi 413rb/gr, jual barangnya ke konsumen, agan kasih diskon 1rb dari harga antam:
1 hari naik >= 2% closing aja untung bersih 550rb dengan modal 4jt (profit kotor 800rb, biaya titip 150rb, diskon 100rb)
1 minggu naik >= 2% closing aja untung bersih 550rb dengan modal 4jt (profit kotor 800rb, biaya titip 150rb, diskon 100rb)
kenaikan yang terlalu tinggi kadang2 ada koreksi turun lagi, jadi bisa buat surat gadai baru
